The City & Guilds NPTC Tree Climbing and Aerial Rescue qualification is a pre requisite to further aerial tree work courses. Candidates will lean how to safely prune and dismantle trees in a controlled manner inline with current industry guidance and legislation.

Machinery

Machinery – Tree Vision offer courses in the safe use of machinery often used to aid Arboricultural work.

Wood Chippers are an integral part of any Arboricultural business providing an opportunity to easily deal with waste and turn it into a marketable product. Courses provide full knowledge of safe use of the machine as well as detailed information regarding relevant legislation.

Under The Work at Height Regulations 2005, working at height should be avoided if possible but if it’s necessary then climbing is considered the last resort and the use of machinery is preferred. Tree Vision provide Safe use of a Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) courses as well as Safe use of a Chainsaw from a MEWP.

Utility Arboriculture

Tree Vision run the full range of Utility Arboriculture courses from Basic Electrical Knowledge including the practical units dealing with ground and aerial pruning, assisted tree felling through to clearance and resilience surveys
